一倒出黎，色澤就好似威士忌般金褐色。入口梅香濃郁， 味道微酸甜美，最特別是質感醇厚，就算冰塊完全溶掉， 味道也沒有變得淡如水。因為Choya Excellent用咗白蘭地，取代釀造酒精作基底，所以酒質較有body，酒精度達14%，比一般梅酒高2-3%。 取白蘭地嘅酒香、但無白蘭地嘅酒苦，醇香而不澀口計；
