這款梵 Gold 純米大吟釀是一款受賞酒，淡淡的金黄色酒體 ，花香和西洋梨氣味，香氣高雅，酒質圓潤亦是款完美的餐前酒。
這款未經過濾的純米大吟釀的生酒是在-10°C熟成長達一年，僅在裝瓶後加熱殺菌一次，將生酒的芳醇美味完整的鎖入瓶內。調整熟成的特徵就是由於未經過濾，所以酒會呈現金黃色的顏色。仔細冷藏後，放入大一點的葡萄酒杯中，可以更享受通透漂亮的香氣與清爽柔軟。
這酒可說是一款完美的餐前酒，即使做為餐中酒也相當合適，與刺身或燒烤也非常搭配，讓人能夠感受到日本酒作為佐餐酒的無限可能。
